Winding Bearings
Winding bearings are specialized components used in textile winding machines, which convert yarn from bobbins or cones into larger packages for further processing or shipment. These bearings support rotating drums, spindles, or traverse mechanisms, enabling smooth, high-speed winding of yarn without vibration or misalignment.
Winding bearings must handle continuous, high-speed rotation, often exceeding 10,000 RPM, and operate with minimal friction to prevent yarn tension variations. They are typically sealed ball bearings or needle roller bearings, designed for precision, long life, and resistance to contamination from lint, dust, and oil.
